3. Résumé
«All participants reported satisfaction with the functioning and the actions of the collaborative agreement, and they considered that their collaboration is very effective. They drew upon various elements to explain their success while also identifying avenues for improvement. In order to assess their reflections on their experience of intersectoral working, this discussion is structured based on the partnership action diagnostic tool (Bilodeau et al., 2014) which proposes empirically validated criteria for the assessment of the quality of a partnership, but also draws on the work of other authors who have examined intersectoral work and partnership (Drouin, 2019; Lamoureux, 1998; Lessard et al., 2017; Mason et al., 2017; Ouellet et al., 1995). This analysis highlights the necessary conditions for the success of a collaborative agreement such as A-GIR.» Finally, «[o]ther than the effectiveness of the organization and the interventions, the quality of interpersonal relationships contributes largely to democratic life within the team. Equal relationships, autonomy, recognition of the competencies of each partner, consensus in the development of action plans, and continual training in the evaluation of homicide risk are a few examples.» (p. 231-232)
