3. Résumé

«The results of this study indicate that the content in the digital educational program draft addresses parents’ needs and normalizes their experience. The information most appreciated by participants concerned the evolution of the parental role in neonatology and the appearance and the behaviour of the premature infant. In addition, the results show that participants did not like when the sections had a lot of text and few images. The participants felt that it was necessary that information be available before delivery, as soon as there is a risk of premature delivery or upon the birth of the premature infant, and that the platform to be used should be a website or an app to facilitate easy access at all times. Finally, the results highlight that the digital educational program must include diversified content including all the elements that are part of the parents’ reality.» (p. 55-56)
